Rebecca serves children, adolescents, and adults by providing individual, couples, and family therapy. She provides a warm and safe space in which clients can feel supported and accepted throughout the therapeutic process. She utilizes cognitive-behavioral therapy and incorporates a solution-focused approach. She is committed to empowering her clients with the tools, skills, and knowledge they need to pursue change and develop into healthier versions of themselves.
