Does my insurance cover the cost of therapy?
For most people your insurance should cover therapy, however, we encourage you contact your provider to verify coverage. We accept all insurances including medical assistance and other state health plans. A reduced rate for uninsured private pay patients is available.
LCFS provides services to individuals regardless of their religious, cultural, gender identity, racial and ethnic backgrounds.
I don’t see my school on your list, how can my school sign up for services?
If you are interested in receiving counseling services for your child and we are not located onsite at your school, please contact our main clinic at: 414-536-8333. We will be happy to see your child at our Child Therapy clinic in Wauwatosa.
If you are a school administrator and interested in signing up for our waitlist, please contact our In-School Counseling Coordinator, Dan Carlin at dcarlin@lcfswi.org or call 414-536-8333.
What items can I donate to your thrift stores?
We sincerely appreciate your thinking of us! Although we cannot accept large furniture, television sets, mattresses or bedding at our thrift stores, here is a list of many items we accept:
- All kinds of clothing
- Shoes and accessories
- Home decor
- Small appliances
- Kitchenware
- Sporting goods
- Books, CDs, VHS tapes and records
- Toys
- Electronics
- Baby clothing and accessories
- Jewelry
- Hardware tools
