I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to build trust and relationships to help facilitate healing. I have been providing psychotherapy, education and support for over 35 years. As a generalist, I enjoy working with people in any type of transition, or those experiencing anxiety, depression, grief/ loss, bipolar issues, stress management or chronic health issues. I utilize CBT, solution focused, client centered, supportive therapy with a mindfulness approach.
