Hello!
We know you’re facing a very difficult decision, and we’re so grateful you’re taking the time to consider us. We met in early 2017 and were married by August 2018. Tom knew Lexie was the one on our first date—her phone kept buzzing with ESPN notifications, and he knew right away they shared a love of sports! Whether it’s a round of golf on summer weekends or cheering on the Admirals in winter (we’re half-season ticket holders), we love spending time together doing the things we enjoy.
Lexie works as a Senior Financial Analyst, creating reports and working with tools each day. Tom works alongside his dad as an Operations Manager for their family-owned concrete pump company. Since 2020, we’ve been trying to start our family. While we’ve learned that having children biologically isn’t possible for us, our desire to be parents has only grown. Adoption feels like a beautiful way to fulfill that dream. Our faith has been a steady source of strength through life’s ups and downs. It grounds us, brings us hope, and shapes the loving, patient parents we hope to be.
Outside of sports, we love cooking, traveling to new places, and going on nightly walks with our rescue dog, Jordy, who joined our family in 2018. Though we’re both only children, we’re surrounded by a large, close-knit extended family who can’t wait to welcome a little one with open arms and so much love. Thank you again for considering us.
