I have over 8 years of experience in the mental health field and have worked with a variety of different clients and concerns. I believe in a collaborative approach to create a strengths-based, safe space for clients to process through their experiences and create change. I utilize a variety of interventions in my practice. My style is person-centered and solution-focused, with aspects of Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
