My personal commitment to the therapeutic relationship involves a warm, nonjudgmental demeanor. All folks are welcome. Each person is unique and I love incorporating clients’ interests, hobbies, and strengths into our work together. I pull from a variety of clinical interventions, including CBT and DBT skills work, solution-focused therapy, and play, to help clients reach their goals.
I graduated from Mount Mary University with a Master of Science in Professional Counseling and an emphasis in trauma counseling. My therapeutic background includes working with children, adolescents, and adults in clinical and school-based settings.
