I am a licensed professional counselor who is passionate about helping individuals discover their potential. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Franciscan University of Steubenville, and my master’s degree in Professional Counseling at Carlow University of Pittsburgh. I have experience working with a multitude of psychiatric illnesses including schizophrenia, mood disorders, trauma, substance abuse, and personality disorders. I have spent a number of years working in corrections where I witnessed people at their lowest find an inner strength that they didn’t know they possessed. I strongly believe in the resilience of the human spirit, the healing power of human connection, and I believe that with compassion, understanding, and the correct set of tools, people are often surprised at what they can accomplish.
