Dan Carlin, LCSW, CSAC
In-School Counselor Coordinator/Psychotherapist
It’s no easy task to take a look inside ourselves and see that something just may need to change or improve. It is even more difficult to walk that journey with someone else. This is why I provide a nonjudgmental, client centered, and empathic space for my clients to reach their goals. We all need help from time to time and I genuinely care about the people I work with. I specialize in anxiety, depression, psychosis, life transitions, and grief/loss. I use an eclectic approach that uses skills from Exposure Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness and Client Centered therapy.
